Selling your home is an exciting time — and sometimes stressful with so many things to think about while trying to manage your home and work life at the same time. One thing that is often overlooked is the importance of the buyers’ final walkthrough. After all, it seems like an inconsequential detail. Many sellers and buyers have learned otherwise.
