new years cruise-the kiddos christmas gift

We decided since our children are getting older, that instead of gifts.... we would start doing experiences.  So for Christmas 2024 they were gifted an 8 day cruise to the Bahamas.  So December 28th off we went to set sail on the Carnival Dream.  We made plenty of stops, saw lots of sights, ate and drank tons and really had a great time bonding (no cell service for the kids).  Plus, our daughter Jocelyn had the best time celebrating her 22nd birthday on New Years Eve.  (she won a contest at Señor Frogs in Freeport!) We were joined by 3 other families we know and made the most of our family vacations.  Would rate our experience 9.5/10!!  (next time less days!!)

​So now we have to think about what we will do next year!
